My family was camping in the Columbia Falls area and, after so much mountain driving, our brakes were gone! Columbia Falls Auto Clinic encouraged us to come in even though they were very busy. We feared that we would have to leave the car overnight and were unsure how to handle sleeping arrangements, etc., without great additional expense. They made special arrangements to get the right set of brakes, worked through lunch, and had us out before dark. Valiant Extra Effort!

Brought my vehicle in for a once over of the A/C system after finding some dye and buildup around a joint. The shop took the time to give it a thorough test, cleaned up the joints and sent me on my way. A job that would have been easy to sell a bunch of (in this case) unnecessary labor on, they chose to do it right. I feel as if this shop is trustworthy for this point.

Drove from East Glacier when my other half and I started to hear an unbearable scraping and scratching sound from the front passenger wheel. We didn't think we would be seen immediately but the team got right on it and within minutes, not only did they manage to diagnose, but they sorted it out immediately. Anyone who has car issues doing a trip around Glacier NP and happens to be in the area - I highly recommend these guys. A very honest team and would be more than happy to help no matter how busy they are! Thanks a lot guys!!!

I have been getting work done at Columbia Falls Auto clinic now for several years and Mike and the crew are the best. Very honest and try to get your vehicle up and running as fast as possible.

Great service. No unexpected charges and they called to let us know the progress of the service and when they inspected the a/c they called to let us know how much it would cost and then asked if we wanted them to do the work!

I made an appointment, brought our F-150 in and after an AC recharge, drove home cool as a cucumber!

Brennan and the service team were fantastic for me when I called from Glacier Park when my car wouldn’t start! We were 2500 miles from home in the middle of our trip and needed to get to Many Glaciers later that day. Brennan helped me find a tow truck and when we arrived his team quickly replaced my car battery and got us on our way. We had enough time that day to continue our vacation and get to our pre- booked destination before dark. Fantastic service and help to us in our time of need. Thanks!!

They did great with my little car. Did NOT charge me for unnecessary work and that says a lot. Mike was great putting up with calls and many questions. Customer Service was top notch from staff to owner. Thank you!

This shop 100% saved our vacation! Not only did they go pick up my car from a nearby business while I was out fishing on the river, they diagnosed and fixed it and got us back on the road in the same day. I cannot recommend them more highly- absolutely excellent customer service. We would have been stranded and missed out on our precious time in Glacier NP without them! Radiator replaced in my older Subaru in a jiffy!

My little Nissan went into limp mode. The dealership said to have it towed into Kalispell and they would have it looked at. I pulled into the Auto Clinic to ask how far out they were with appointments. The owner ran the codes. Luckily, they were able to fit me in. Parts were ordered on a Friday and I was back on the road Monday - a very, very happy customer. Plus the owner graciously gave me a ride home! Customer service the old fashioned way. It still exists at Columbia Falls Auto Clinic :)

Recently I encountered a problem with my back hatch or tailgate door lock being stuck locked while being open. I panicked after being unsuccessful at many attempts to release the lock hold so I could shut the door. I don't have any money for any kind of repair so I did not know what to do. I had a bad experience with Columbia Falls Auto Clinic in the past and really did not want to return to them but they were the only ones close enough to go to so I tried them again that day and I was pleasantly surprised. I had read that they had new owners so I thought why not try. I cried, begged and prayed for a miracle and hoped for the best but expected the worst... This time my prayers went thru... Dennis came out and released the lock in less than a minute! What a huge relief! Due to my past experience, I expected them to tell me I needed to make an appointment and go thru a complete process that would require a huge costly repair and fee! That did not happen and I am so very grateful and appreciative in their ability to see past all that I just mentioned and to just simply show empathy and integrity and to help me with such a simple procedure without asking for any money. Thank you so very much for all of that and for restoring my faith that I can return to Columbia Falls Auto Clinic if I need further assistance in the future.

The alternator went out on my truck while on vacation in Glacier Park. Based upon Yelp reviews I called them and had my vehicle towed to their shop in Columbia Falls. Even though they were very busy they made time to replace my alternator and I was back on the road the very next day. Hats off and a Five Star Rating for Columbia Falls Auto Clinic.

An amazing auto shop! I've had them replace an engine, breaks, and suspension work on Ram 1500. I can always count on a fair price, quality work, and friendly service. I would always recommend them for anything they are capable of.

What am I reviewing a mechanic for on Yelp? Its for food reviews I thought. But these guys were awesome and got me back on the road so they deserve a 5 star hug.

I have taken several of my cars to Columbia Falls Auto Clinic and they have always done a great job for me! They are reasonably priced, and they have always fixed my cars perfectly. I'm always nervous taking my cars to a new mechanic, but you can be sure that you will be treated fairly and they will do a good job if you bring your car in.

I haven't taken my car here but I called them for a battery and although they would have been able to order the battery and make some money they referred me to another shop in town that had the battery in stock today. Talking to them on the phone they were just interested in solving my problem. I trust my gut about people and I can tell they have integrity. I'll take my car here when the time comes.

Moved to Columbia Falls three years ago. Always take our vehicles here. Staff are honest and have integrity. Took GMC Yukon with fuel pump problems. They tested it and were honest and recommended we use the warranty at a dealer. After a fiasco at the dealer, the Auto Clinic finished the job and charged us less than I thought. Dealer charged us $1,100 while the Auto Clinic could do the same job for $700 or less. Saved our Christmas (car repaired just before they closed for the holidays). Will be back every time when repairs are needed.

Got us back on the road during our cross country road trip. One of the only shops in town that will work on your AC. Let our dog hang out in the shop, and let us borrow a van to use for the few days the had our car free of charge. Great service
